What we collect and why
Names, email addresses, phone numbers and messages submitted via the contact, tour booking and event registration forms are used solely to answer your request and organise your visit, based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a)).
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for up to 12 months, bookings for up to 6 months after the visit, event registrations for up to 6 months after the event, and then deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not pass your data to third parties or use it for marketing. Confirmation emails are delivered by the Brevo email service (a data processor). This website uses no tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
